募集ポジション 1.AREA SALES MANAGER ASIA - ABRASIVES RAW MATERIALS
In this role you should be a professional with at least 3 years experience in a technical or sales position with a good understanding of the other field. Preferred is a background within the Abrasives industry and/or in Additives for (Bonded) Abrasives.

2.AREA SALES MANAGER ASIA - ALUMINIUM FLUXES / STEEL FLUXES
In this role you should be a professional with at least 3 years experience in a technical or sales position with a good understanding of the other field. Preferred is a background within the Aluminium Metallurgical Flux industry or in Aluminium Metallurgy in raw materials or in Steel fluxes.

仕事の内容 1.AREA SALES MANAGER ASIA - ABRASIVES RAW MATERIALS
• Identifies new prospects and establishes new customer relationships in Asia (PnL responsibility)
• Performs desk research and creates market statistics
• Manages existing relationships with customers
• Develops and maintains accurate knowledge of assigned accounts and/or industries
• Works out proposals as well as negotiates contract terms with customers
• Cooperates closely with Middle-Office / Logistics department to ensure smooth contract execution
• Updates internal sales/trading-systems on a regular basis

2.AREA SALES MANAGER ASIA - ALUMINIUM FLUXES / STEEL FLUXES

応募資格

1.AREA SALES MANAGER ASIA - ABRASIVES RAW MATERIALS
• Experience in the Abrasives industry and/or in raw materials for Bonded Abrasives
• Experience and track-record in sales
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial thinker
• High ability for networked thinking
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and transforming them into results
• Excellent written and oral Japanese and Korean skills is a must, further good command in English is necessary, any other language is an advantage (Mandarin, Taiwanese, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Filipino, German)
• Good technical comprehension and understanding
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
• High service orientation and attention to detail
• Quick grasp, self-driven, works well under pressure and is a proactive thinker

• Experience in the global Metal Flux industry or in Aluminium Metallurgy in raw materials or in fluxes for the Steel Industry
