+ Professionalism in all aspects of the work both verbal and in demeanour.
+ Understanding of the company’s business activities, initiative and effectiveness shown in the role.
+ Delivery of portfolio leasing strategies and initiatives for the existing and potential investment opportunities.
+ Identification of additional revenue streams within the portfolio.
+ Compilation of various reports and approvals incorporating proper analysis and recommendations.
+ Establish relationships with the key contacts of existing and potential customers.
+ Use initiative in maximising the income for the portfolio whilst considering the impact on the valuation and budget for each transaction.
+ Implement an effective marketing campaign for each property within the portfolio in the region.



<Skills & Qualifications>
+ At least 5 years working experience in property industry, ideally with industrial and logistics exposure. Candidate with agency background would be preferable.
+ Proven track record of leasing transactions in the PRC especially industrial and logistic customers would be advantageous.
+ Ability to work with local government agencies or authorities in negotiation.
+ Familiar with local PRC regulations and practice in transactions.
+ Excellent relationship with both local and international property agencies and consultants.
+ University graduate in related discipline.
+ Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
+ Independent and dynamic at working in MNC environment.
+ Good team player and good communication skills to work with both internal and external customers.
